Personal Info
My story begins in Harlan, Kentucky where I was born and raised. I grew up on a small par 34, 9 hole golf course in the mountains of southeastern Kentucky. I began playing high school golf for Harlan High School when I was in 8th grade. After a junior golf career that included 2 Player of the Year honors from the Southeast Kentucky Junior Golf Tour, I signed to played golf at Cumberland College (now the University of the Cumberlands).
My goal as a golf instructor is to teach players of all skill levels how to play the game of golf to the best of their abilities. It is my job to determine the method and learning style of each individual student to help them achieve their goals for the game of golf.
I believe that my role as a teacher is not only to teach the golf swing, but to also build trust and motivate my students to try their best. I am a firm believer that all parts of the game are equally important in order for a student to achieve their goals.
I incorporate V1 video technology, K-Vest 3D motion, and Trackman to enhance my ability to improve my students.
Experience
Upon graduating college with a business degree, I began employment at Man O’ War Golf and entered the PGA Professional Golf Management Program where I became a Class A, PGA professional in 2010.
In 2014 I won the Kentucky Section PGA Teacher of the Year award. I have also been nominated for the Junior Golf Leader of the award in the Kentucky section as well.
I am K-Vest Level 2 certified, as well as a SeeMore Putter Certified Instructor. Other certifications include Putting Zone and EyeLine Golf.

| Putting Evaluation/Fitting | $40 (30 minutes) | This 30 minute session will cover the fit of your current putter and an evaluation of your putting fundamentals. |

| Clubfitting | $80 per hour | Allow 1 hour for Iron or Driver Fittings. Trackman technology used for fittings. Putter and wedge fittings also available. |
| K-Vest Swing Evaluation/Training |
$40 (30 minutes) | Find the most efficient way to maximize the potential of your golf swing by using K-Vest’s 3D motion technology. Your first 30 minute session is designed to evaluate your current swing and outline what you can begin doing to improve. Each session after your evaluation we will utilize the biofeedback training software from K-Vest to train your weaknesses. |
