I’ve been at Eldorado for three seasons now.  I’ve been a PGA member since 1992.  I really like teaching beginners because they are free of bad habits and grasp instruction very well.  The key to being a successful teacher is being able to relate to your students level and make them feel at ease.  A golf lesson is suppose to be a enjoyable experience not a stressful endeavor.  The only thing I ask of my students is to practice at least a couple times a week, whether its hitting a small bucket of balls, swinging in the yard, holding a stick and make some swings in your office, anything to simulate the golf swing.     If the situation calls for it I will use some teaching tools be it video or other training aids.

Experience

I have not won any awards for teaching, but I have hundreds of students that have given me plenty of satisfaction and joy over the years.  I look forward to meeting and helping hundreds more!!!!  I do love teaching and getting the satisfaction of watching a student getting it airborne for the first time.
