Personal Info

I have been teaching golf professionally for 18 years, however my Grandfather and my Uncle were both PGA Teaching Professionals and I started assisting them with junior golf schools when I was only 12 years old, so I have been actually teaching for over 30 years.  I believe in “customized” golf instruction – taking what the student does well and capitalizing on it – while improving their weaknesses or biggest flaws.  In other words, I am going to make the student better as quickly and with the least amount of work possible.  I do not believe in the “one perfect swing” theory or that everyone needs to have the”model” swing to play good golf.  I also believe in adding mental game tips, course management, solid pre shot routines, and positive thinking to the instruction.  I want to ensure my students play better and lower their scores and not just be able to hit it better on the range.  If all basic fundamentals are fairly sound, then my swing mechanics philosophy focuses on the downswing, follow through, and staying centered and level.  I have these combining these elements create the most consistency and ability to hold up under pressure.  I work with all levels of golfers and have the ability and communication skills to adapt accordingly to get the most out of your golf game!  Contact me to start playing better golf today!

I have worked with fellow  professionals, collegiate players, nationally ranked juniors, low amateurs, and all levels of golfers.  Four times I have had the honor of being awarded the PGA Midwest Section Presidential Plaque for “extraordinary effort to growing the game of golf!”  I personally guarantee I can improve anyone’s golf game!

Rates

$60 per lesson (45-55 minutes)

$200 for series of 4 lessons (45-55 minutes each)

Group discounts available for 2-5 students
