Personal Info

I am a former PGA Tour player, I won four times on the Web.com and once on the South African Sunshine Tour. I began teaching when I left the life of a Tour Professional, it was something that I enjoy and always have had a passion for. I have been fortunate enough to teach/coach LPGA players and PGA Tour and Web.com players. I have also helped over 100 juniors get into and play college golf. I use V-1 software to teach with to help the students learn the why and how of their golf swing. There are many different teaching aides that I use to help the student feel and correct any problems.

My teaching philosophy is one that includes all the technical components of the golf swing but doesn’t include the confusion of hearing these terms in the lesson. I have created a way to teach which is very simple and concise to make the learning process fun and productive. My main goal is to create a golf swing that is simple and efficient with the least amount of moving parts to create consistency in the impact and shot patterns.

Experience

I have played for a living for 14 years, and began teaching in 2001. I have been fortunate to teach Professional players including, Kris Blanks, IK Kim, Kevin Kisner. I teach many players that play the mini tours like the NGA Tour. I have helped over 100 juniors get into and play college golf.

Rates

For adults I charge 100.00 for an hour including video.

For junior golfers I charge 60.00 an hour or a lesson package of 240.00 for a series of 5 lessons.
