The academy was founded on the principle that game improvement is better achieved in a controlled environment utilizing all of the advanced technology available to increase consistency and supplement the naked eye of the PGA Professional.  To that end, Bill Baraban has included state-of-the-art simulators from ForeGolf, Dynamic Balance Systems, V1 Teaching Software, Break 30 Putting Instruction, Edel Putter Fitting System, Club Fitting Carts, etc.  In addition to the technology, the facility includes two putting greens with a combined 400 square feet of putting green, indoor practice bay with a launch monitor for full swing, a chipping/pitching area and an indoor sand bunker.

Experience

Bill Baraban has over 30 years experience in teaching, coaching, club fitting and golf technology and has been honored with several awards within the PGA of America as well as from major golf equipment suppliers.  Bill is one of only 333 members who have graduated and become PGA Master Professionals since the program was started in 1969.  Bill is also a Master Club Fitter, one of the TOP-100 Club Fitters in the world and has been certified as a club fitter by all of the major golf club manufacturers.  Bill is a player as well as a teacher.  He has held several course records, gone through the PGA TOUR Qualifying School seven times and has been PGA Section Teacher of the Year as well as the Educational Point Leader for the Georgia and the Midwest Sections of the PGA of America.  Bill was recently honored as a Quarter Century Member of PGA of America.

Rates

I can customize an improvement program that fits your needs.  Club fitting, green reading and a golfer profile are all included into your lesson program.  Yearly, semi-annual and monthly lesson packages are available as well.  I also have a practice package for those who want to continue to work on their swing improvements even if the weather does not cooperate.  Remote internet video lessons are available to students who may not get to come in as often as they would like as well.
