Club Direct Registration Form
The Club Direct registion for that is sampled below is provided to all participating facilities of Pinchaser’s Club Direct program. When selling a Pinchaser subscription to a customer, simply complete the fields and either fax or email back to Pinchaser. Pinchaser will create the new account for your customer within 24 hours of receipt. Pinchaser will notify both the customer and the facility once the account as been created and is activated.
