Personal Info

I have been a PGA Professional since 1997 here in Florida.  I previously lived in Tulsa, Ok. and operated a club repair business for several years there.  I have been and continue to be involved in the First Tee program located in Clearwater, Fl. as an instructor and life skills coach.  I created and successfully operated junior programs at courses in the Clearwater area.

My instruction has been spread out over all ability levels from junior to senior to handicapped and has given me an appreciation for all these students and their participation in my various programs, clinics and events.  Their enthusiasm and willingness to learn this great game continues to fuel my desire to teach more and more and learn new things from all my students as we learn together.

I utilize the V1 video for more advanced students but it is available to all who wish to use it, along with various teaching tools and gizmo’s that my students might find helpful in their progress.

I also conduct Rules and Etiquette classes several times throughout the year.  I was an instructor of these classes at the St. Petersburg College in Tarpon Springs in the past.

My teaching methods are simple.  Bring me whatever talent you have and together we will build you a swing that will be easy, comfortable and unique to only you.  I can’t build you a perfect swing, but a swing that will be perfect for you and your ability.

Rates

Rates currently are:

$50 / Hour                  5 –  1 Hour Lessons  $200

$35 / 1/2 Hour            5 – 1/2 Hour Lessons  $140

Rules and Etiquette Classes   $10 per participant

Short Game School   TBD (Based on class size)

Playing Lesson   $75   Warm up and 9 Holes
