LUCAS COHEN MAKES PGA PRO NEWS

DRIVING RANGE

The Driving Range is equipped with 10 artificial swing stalls, two artificial putting greens and a 5000 square foot natural grass tee. It has several target greens to enable each golfer to pick a specific target and practice with a purpose. The practice facility is over 300 yards from the rear of the natural grass tee to the fence of the horse farm.

MINIATURE GOLF

The 19-hole Miniature Golf course has been completely renovated with brand new top of the line SYNLAWN synthetic turf that is unlike any putt-putt course in the capital region. The course winds through newly manicured: Hydrangeas, Flowering Plum, Purple Leaf Sand Cherry, Ornamental Grass, and Hostas that flower in different parts of the season. The course has ground cover with red mulch and decorative rock to add a playful yet soothing element of color. Large artificial rocks and natural wood features will be added to create tunnels and obstacles on the course to make for a fun yet challenging experience.

GOLF LESSONS

Golf Lessons, Golf Schools and Junior Golf Camps are available at the Start to Finish Golf Academy. Players can work on and improve every segment of their game at the facility. Any skill level of golfer, from green grass beginners to single digit handicaps will benefit from the Start to Finish Golf Academy’s proven methodology. All private lessons include: unlimited practice balls, video analysis, and a detailed email review.

BATTING CAGES

The Bells Pond Batting Cages have undergone a dramatic overhaul. It took weeks of preparation to improve the barrier netting, concrete foundation and pitching machines. The enhanced batting cages offer 5 hitting bays where various speeds of baseball and softball pitches can be selected. All of the equipment including bats, balls, helmets and signage are all brand new.

THE PRO SHOP

The Pro Shop offers anything and everything golf related including: clubs, balls, hats, gloves, training aids, complete sets and much more. With vendors such as Taylor Made, Nike, Titleist, Wilson, US Kids, Adams, PING, and Callaway to name a few, the Pro Shop will be happy to special order any equipment you desire.
