After playing internationally for several years, including the National Open Championships of 16 different countries, Jerry settled in Chicago, where he has been a PGA member for over 30 years. Jerry has successfully taught hundreds of students golf swing fundamentals with a focus on SOLID BALL CONTACT. Jerry thinks that golf is more fun if you hit the ball more solid. Lower scores come from 3 major areas – solid contact in the long game, good technique in the short game, and sound course management. He teaches these fundamentals to kids and adults alike, and he is confident he will help you score lower and have more FUN! Instruction will be tailored individually to each student’s goals and schedule. Jerry loves to teach, and has successfully taught hundreds of ladies and juniors to hit solid shots and enjoy the game.
Experience
Jerry has been the Head Golf Professional at Glencoe Golf Club and at Steeple Chase Golf Club, and is currently teaching at both Deerfield Golf Club and Rolling Green Country Club.
Recently, Jerry was named an Illinois PGA Master in 2009, and won the Illinois Super Senior Open in 2011.
