I have been a PGA Golf Professional for over 20 years.  I am married and have a young son.  I started my life in golf as a young boy playing at Covington Country Club in Covington, Louisiana.  After college I took an Assistant Golf Professional position in Danvers, Massachusetts at the Tara Ferncroft Country Club.  I spent several years in the Northeast part of the United States working at some of the finest facilities in the country.  I was the Assistant Golf Professional at the TPC at River Highlands, site of the PGA Tour’s Travelers Championship.  I also was Assistant Golf Professional at Wanamoissett Country Club in Rumford, Rhode Island.  A Golf DigestTop 100 Classic Course.  Assistant Professional at Ridgewood Country Club in Paramus, New Jersey, site of the PGA Tour’s 2008 Barclay’s Championship.  Also one of Golf Digest’s Top 100 Classic Course.  Also the Assistant Golf Professional atBear Lakes Country Club in West Palm Beach, Florida.  I was also Head Golf Professional at Lakewood Country Club in New Orleans, Louisiana and Head Golf Professional at The University Club in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  At each of these facilities working and learning from some of the top teachers in the game.  I also spent 5 plus years as PGA Teaching Professional at BREC’s Santa Maria Golf Academyin Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  I am now the PGA Teaching Professional at The Oaks at Sherwood Golf Academy in Baton Rouge, LA.  I have given thousands of lessons and have made the game of golf more enjoyable for thousands of people.  Whether you are a new golfer or have been playing for years I know I can make this game more fun.  Lessons given to players that want to learn the game from ages 5 to 95!
